After a hard day of working, a working mum like me must have been used to cook a dinner dish for a family. I tend to go for something simple like chicken steak.
Any kind of vegetables such as beans, carrots or broccoli.
Salt, black pepper, instant gravy sauce powder of your choice and olive oil.
- Peel off potato skins and cut into pieces the way you like. Boil potato for 20 mins or until it almost well-cooked. After that rinse water then put them in the oven, dont forget to spring salt and pepper on. Roast them for 45 mins or until they turn brownish.
- Boil or steam your vegetables.
- Grill your chicken breast. Sping some salt and pepper on them. Use the medium heat.
- Done! Enjoy your meal.
You can use french fries or other kind of your favourite potato to go with your dish.
